Highly recommend Mobile Homes Direct 4 Less. The home options with this company were superior to all other locations I visited and we were never pressured to fill out applications or have our credit checked. Colin was knowledgeable and honest with us the whole way through. There were a couple of delays through out the process but he made sure to keep us updated and ensured we were in good hands. Christopher Williams was very helpful, he understands everything and very friendly, the price is very good! I really like the fact they are very honest about price and not just a hidden fee... Etc A lot of dealer won't give you a clear base price but just throw a number to you and told you that's inculding everything but actually it didn't inculding that much, but not here, at here, they give you honesty.

I don't know about y'all but at one point in my childhood (about 25ish years ago) my family lived in a single wide and it was not exactly glamorous, so when my fiance (at the time) suggested we look into manufactured housing options when we started to talk about buying a house, I was NOT exactly keen on it. That said, I relented to his wishes and BOY AM I GLAD I DID! The home options (from size, to floorplan layouts, to colors, quality, and aesthetics) that Mobile Homes Direct 4 Less offers are beautiful, completely blew my perception of mobile and manufactured homes out of the water, and we ended up purchasing our home from them! My (now) husband and I love everything about our home and how helpful Chris was in basically ALL the things during the process. He recommended useful upgrades that would add value to our home (and it didn't feel like just another upsell by a salesman, you know what I'm talking about...), he got us in touch with a realtor to help us find and purchase land, as well as a great bank (Cascade Financial) and loan officers, and he was there to answer any and all questions every step of the way. Even after what felt like 20 times that we changed on our mind on bits and pieces throughout, Chris was always happy to help me understand where we were with the process and what to expect next. Upon move-in, we went through our house with a fine-toothed comb (figuratively speaking) marking things with painters tape that weren't perfect, sent a detailed list of the corrections needed, and they came out and fixed everything we'd had an issue with. Structurally, there were zero issues, and the ones we did call out were minor and easily fixed. I have every confidence that anytime we need their help in the future, they will be equally as quick to respond and will get the job done to our satisfaction.

Back to the home itself, my father, a custom home carpenter his whole life, was impressed with the beauty and quality of our house, and I've pretty much convinced my mother that she needs to sell her current home and buy one of the mini-mansions from Chris so she can live closer to us! (Seriously, those mini-mansions are SO pretty!) All in all, 11/10 would recommend both MHD and Chris!
